Delivery across India
We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes, subject to courier acceptance of the selected material. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping methods and charges.
Charges and pack weights
Your shipping charge is shown before payment. It depends on the selected shipping method, destination and total shipping weight. Quantity means the number of selected packs: two 500 g packs total 1 kg of product. Check your order summary before paying.
Processing and delivery
Allow a minimum of 5 days for delivery. Actual timing depends on payment confirmation, stock, destination and courier service. Contact us before ordering if you need a parcel by a particular date. If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled as expected, we will contact you about the next steps.
Tracking your parcel
We book couriers manually and add the courier name, tracking ID and available carrier link after dispatch. View these through My Account or Track Order. Website stages are updated by our team; courier scans are available through the carrier link.
Receiving your order
Check your address and phone number carefully. Inspect the parcel when it arrives. For an incorrect, damaged, leaking or missing item, contact us promptly with your order number and available photographs. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
