Which pack size am I buying?
The selected pack size is shown beside the price. Givaudan fragrance oils come in company-sealed 500 g packs. LUZI 25 g and 100 g are available to order, 50 g is available by quotation, and 500 g / 1 kg are currently out of stock. Natural products are coming soon. Quantity means the number of selected packs.
Can I order natural products?
Natural products are coming soon. Products, pack sizes and prices will appear when the range launches. You can shop the available Givaudan fragrance oils today.

Which price do I pay?
You pay the selling price for the selected pack shown before payment. Where a verified printed MRP is available, it is shown for comparison. Shipping and the final order total appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes a minimum of 5 days. Timing depends on order processing, destination and courier serviceability. Contact us before ordering if you need a parcel by a particular date.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, our team adds the courier name and tracking ID. View these in My Account or use Track Order with your order number and billing email. Follow the courier link for carrier scans.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not offered. For wrong, damaged, leaking or defective goods, contact us promptly; applicable remedies remain available under our published policy.
Can I apply these oils directly to skin?
Do not assume a fragrance or aromatic oil is ready for direct skin use. Check the material’s documentation, dilution and application limits before use.
Do I need an account?
You may order as a guest or create an account to see orders, addresses and saved products together. Guest tracking verifies your billing email. Saved products on a guest browser stay on that device.
