Product information and quantities
Check the product name, reference and selected pack size before ordering. Givaudan fragrance oils in our range are supplied in company-sealed 500 g packs. Other products are supplied in the sizes listed on their product pages. Quantity means the number of selected packs. Product photographs may show a 500 g presentation; packaging for other sizes may differ.
References and use
Inspired fragrance references describe a scent style and do not establish affiliation with the referenced perfume brand. Check the specific material’s safety documents, formulation suitability, dilution and application limits before use. Do not assume that a fragrance or aromatic oil is ready for direct skin application.
Prices and payment
Your purchase uses the selling price for the selected pack shown at checkout. Where a verified manufacturer MRP is displayed, it is provided for comparison and does not replace the selling price. Shipping charges and the final payable total appear before payment. Payment is completed using the available online methods shown at checkout.
Order processing
Processing follows successful payment and stock confirmation. If there is a stock or pricing error, or an order cannot be fulfilled as expected, we will contact you about the available resolution. We do not make a substitute supply or increase your paid order total without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellation and product issues
Delivery takes a minimum of 5 days, with actual timing depending on processing, destination and courier serviceability. Read our Shipping Policy. Cancellation may be requested before dispatch; after-dispatch change-of-mind returns are not offered. Wrong, damaged or defective items are addressed under our Cancellations & Returns Policy and applicable rights.
